About Sabine
Movement has always been my language. I grew up in Basel, Switzerland, where I studied Kinesiology and fell in love with all forms of dance, eventually teaching it for years. I trained in the Franklin Method in Luzern and the Jazz Dance Company in Basel which transformed how I think about the body and movement.
I founded the MOVE Dance Studio in Allschwil, where I got to share that joy with so many wonderful people. Now based in Montclair, New Jersey, I bring that same spirit to everything I do. I teach everything from high-energy dance cardio, or guiding quiet moments of mindfulness.
My approach is simple: movement should feel good. It is not about perfection or punishment. It is about finding what makes your body happy and doing more of that.
